Location: Onsite in St. Paul, MN
Pay: $17/hr

We're looking for a Mortgage Documents Specialist to be the final checkpoint in the loan process-ensuring every document is accurate, complete, and compliant. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things in order, this is your chance to shine!

?? What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough reviews of final loan documents to ensure precision and completeness.
• Capture essential data into our system with accuracy and speed.
• Follow up with borrowers, title companies, and internal teams via phone and email to collect missing documents.
• Log and track incoming documents and update the database with relevant notes.
• Monitor reports to identify and resolve outstanding documentation issues.
• Organize, file, and ship documents to their final destination.

? What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of experience working with mortgage or title documents
• Bonus points for experience in a title company or post-closing environment!
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management
• Clear and professional communication skills-both written and verbal
